71 -- INSTALL NEW GOVERNMENT OWNED FURNITURE SOL 516-058-98 DUE 060198 POC Connie Springs, Contracting Officer (813) 398-9375 Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, vehicles, supplies and supervision to move from storage, deliver, assemble and install new Government owned furniture at the VA Regional Office located at 9500 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, FL. Solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Item Procurement. FAR Clauses 52.212-1, 212-3, 212-4 and 212-5 apply. Contractor will be responsible for moving the furniture from its current location to the Regional Office, unpacking the furniture, assembling the furniture and placing the furniture as directed. The Contractor must be a company in the business of regularly delivering and installing furniture and have experience in assembling different kinds of furniture such as Richard Wilcox, Crown, Corel, Trendway and Gunlocke (BT Ginns) furniture. Solicitations will be issued on/or about May 7, 1998 with the proposals due on/or about June 1, 1998. This is an unrestricted solicitation and all bids are welcome.
