Officer, (703) 325-1200 The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) is
seeking a contractor with the capability to design, develop, and
deliver up to four (4) major release versions of the Integrated
Munitions Effects Assessment (IMEA) weaponeering tool and intermediate
versions between each major release. These versions will be based on
version IMEA 3.1 and will enhance and extend the capability of IMEA
3.1. The purpose of this effort is to modify and upgrade to the current
IMEA software to increase its utility to warfighting CINCs. Four
optional tasks are contemplated: (1) Additional IMEA Release; (2)
Customer Support Desk; (3) Reproduction, Packaging and Delivery; and
(4) Re-Digitize Videos. Additional information required to perform this
effort is export-controlled in accordance with the Arms Export Control
Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec. 2751 et seq) of the Export Administration
Act of 1979, as amended. (Title 50, U.S.C. App. 2401 et seq). The
additional information will be provided only to those who have the
capability to access export controlled data. Information on obtaining
access to export controlled data can be obtained by contacting the
negotiator identified below. Contractor personnel will need a DoD
security level of TOP SECRET. Contemplated basic period of performance
is forty (40) months. An additional 12 months may be added to the
basic period of performance for optional tasks. Requests for copies of
