Planning, organizing and conducting national disaster exercises; b. Physical Security R&D to include techniques to distinguish human presence from other biological matter, techniques to transmit high speed data over wireless medium, intrusion detection and area protection, identity verification techniques, non-lethal weapons technologies, physical security system integration, physical security planning and management, physical security/force protection planning simulations; c.
