F -- NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXECUTE A LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH BANK OF HAWAII AND PACIFIC MECHANICAL COMPANY, INC. POC Bonnie L. Coast Guard, Civil Engineering Unit intends to negotiate and execute a sale/leaseback equipment lease between Bank of Hawaii and Pacific Mechanical. This Energy Conservation Project is for renewable solar heating of domestic water at USCG Family Housing, Kia'i Kai Hale. The Coast Guard will lease the solar hot water systems of 216 housing units for 5 years and then have the option to purchase the solar systems at their "fair market value". The Bank of Hawaii will own the solar systems during the 5 year lease period. No upfront Coast Guard money will be required. The Bank of Hawaii will provide interim funding to Pacific Mechanical while the solar systems are installed. The Coast Guard will not begin lease payments until the systems are installed.
