Gallagher (215) 697-9606 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed price contract for Family Service Center and Child Development Center Services, for the Naval Support Activity, Memphis, TN. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The procurement will be conducted on a "Best Value" basis requiring the submission of cost/price and technical proposals. The contract will have a basic period of twelve(12) months with four(4) one-year options. This requirement will be solicited using commercial items practices in accordance with FAR Part 12. This solicitation is part of a Government cost comparison to determine whether accomplishing the specified work under contract or by Government performance is more economical. If Government performance is determined to be more economical, this solicitation will be cancelled and no contract will be awarded. Offerors shall be required to submit cost and technical proposals. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FISC NORFOLK DET PHILA.
