McDonald (410) 278-2372 (Site Code DAAD05) Contractor shall provide trained and skilled labor, equipment, material, and transportation necessary to perform demolition services post wide at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The work involved consists of demolishing a variety of building types including associated foundations, slabs, walks, etc., asbestos and lead abatement, utility work, dust control, transportation and disposal of all materials and debris off post, protection of personnel, protection of Government property, sediment and erosion control, providing tamped fill, and final grading of all disturbed areas. This acquisition is for a requirements type contract. The Government anticipates award of a base year and one option period. Pursuant to 13 CFR 124.311 (f)(3), this procurement is being issued as an 8(a) Set-Aside limited to those program participants located within the geographic boundaries of the Baltimore District Small Business Administration Office.
