Lodging facilities must be located within a 10 mile radius of Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Marietta, Georgia. Period of performance is for one year to commence October 1, 1998 or date of contract award, whichever is later and will include four -- one year option periods to extend the contract. Estimated yearly requirement is 2118 rooms, 2200 full breakfasts, and 2200 dinners. Contractor to provide conference room to accommodate 25-30 people approximately one weekend per month.
