existing building, space to be modified, or a building to be
constructed for the Hebron, CT Main Post Office. The preferred area is:
East -- Town Line; West -- The intersection of Route 85 & Burrow Hill
Rd; South -- The Intersection of Route 85 & Route 207; North -- One
mile on Route 85 and Route 316. The space requirements are: 5,734 SF
Net Interior Space; 26,700 SF Drive, Parking & Maneurvering; 81,300 SF
Minimum Site Size. The term is for 20 years with four 5-year renewal
options. Proposals will be received through February 21, 1997, and must
be sumbitted by principals only, on specified forms and in accordance
with the official advertisement for space. Solicitation packages may be
purchased by sending a non-refundable cashier's check or money order
made payable to "USPS DISBURSING OFFICER" in the amount of $25.00 to
