Work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, placement of borrow material, crushed aggregate and riprap, installation of underdrains and culverts, and seeding and mulching. This is a Request for Quotes requiring completion of a questionnaire covering technical capability and past performance; detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to reconstruction of aggregate surfaced roads (slump/slide repair), underdrains and rock buttresses and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. Estimated start work is mid-July.
