All work shall be completed by June 30, 1999. This is a Request for Proposals requiring completion of a questionnaire covering technical capability and past performance, detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criterial include technical capability specific to parking area construction including associated site preparation, concrete and asphalt work and vault restroom construction and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. This project includes separately priced option items for related work. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered in the award evaluation; solicitations may be requested via mail, telephone, or FAX 541-957-3495 to the attention of the Contracting Office.
