Martin, Contracting Officer The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all plant labor, materials, and equipment to do the following: Install GFM electrical panels (2) complete with new primary feeder lines. Modify 3 existing electrical panels. Modify existing above ceiling electrical circuits for future system furniture use. Install free standing power poles with 120 volt circuits. Modify existing light switching. Install new 480 volt power for new PAC Unit. Install new PAC Unit including connections to existing chill water lines and install overhead duct. Connect condensate line for new PAC Unit into existing drain lines. Removal of existing Hauserman walls and reinstall. Remove existing carpet and install new carpet. Patch and paint all walls. Work should be accomplished by a general contractor with experience in providing electrical circuitry, HVAC chill water units, and office renovation. The project will be in two phases with all work done on phase l except for setting the PAC Unit in the mechanical room and making the chill water and electrical connections at the PAC Unit, which will be done on phase 2. The performance period for this project is 75 calendar days. The range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO. 63118-3399. This project is 100 percent set aside for small business. The SIC code is 1542, size standard $17.0 Million. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this procurement.
