Display Monitors SOL N00421-98-R-1223 DUE 6/28/98 POC Jennifer Alvey, Contract Specialist, (301)757-9074 The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, intends to procure 40 each modified ruggedized monochrome display monitors (Conrac Systems, Incorporated, Part Number 106665-910) and 20 each technical manuals for the Pioneer Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) Program which currently supports the Navy and Marine Corps by providing logistic support to the fleet users. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis with Conrac Systems, Incorporated, 730 East Cypress Avenue, Monrovia, CA 91016. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Conrac Systems, Incorporated, is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and owns the proprietary data rights to these monitors. This will be a firm fixed price contract.
