This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. For determining business size, the Standard Industrial Classification Code for this requirement is 5561. This procurement is a small business set aside. To be considered a small business under this code, a concern, including its affiliates can have a maximum of 5.0 million in assets. Tentative requirements are as follows: 12 each 1998 Model Year Honda TRX300FW 4x4 All Terrain Vehicles, Basic Model (without any available accessories), all Paintable Surfaces painted Flat Black, FOB Destination Fort Bragg, NC 2807-5200. Delivery shall be NLT 30 days after award. Contractor shall furnish the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty to the government. Warranty shall begin after government's acceptance of items. Invoices shall be submitted to Defense Accounting Office, ATTN: Commercial Accounts, Building 2-1120 Macomb Street, Fort Bragg NC 28307-5000.
