US Army CECOM is issuing this competitive best value solicitation to provide for acquisition of 78 AN/PPX-3B Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Interrogator Kits, NSN: 5895-01-126-9263, Document No. MIS-21450, Drawing No. 13142020 for the Government of Taiwan. This solicitation also contains a 300 percent option. The Interrogator Kit is used with the STINGER and CHAPARRAL Surface-to-Air Missile Systems and the AVENGER Anti-Aircraft Gun System, and also functions/interfaces with the AN/GSX-1A and associated COMSEC equipment. Specifications in the form of a CD-ROM, and hard copy material (DD Form 254, and packaging instructions can be requested through electronic mail or facsimile). Unless requested, classified material will not be issued to contractors, if access to classified material by contractors is requested by contractors, it will require submittal of CAGE Code, company name and complete address for verification that the company is cleared to receive classified material.
