Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to change the technical requirement and the point of contactas follows: 1. In the technical requirement delete the statement The Contractor shall evacuate and fill the tubes of the trailer with dry N2 gas of 99.99 percent purity at a pressure of 200 psig; the tubes shall be marked with tags. Add the statement The Contractor shall evacuate and fill the tubes of the trailer, which contain dry N2 gas of 99.99.percent purity at a pressure of approximately 200 psig. These tubes shall be re-tagged after filling. 2. In the technical requirement add the statement If the Contractor is the manufacturer of the Carbon Tetrafluoromethane Gas, the Contractor may furnish their own certificate of purity. 3. The fax number for submission of facsimile offers is changed from 757-864-7709 to 757-864-7898. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended and remains 05/18/98.
