The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a request for quote for services for which the Government intends to award multiple firm fixed price purchases order using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. The EPA is FACNET certified. EPA plans to issue up to three purchase orders, one for coordinator and two for contributor as described. "GE Course Coordinator" will coordinate all aspects of the development of a standardized Green Engineering textbook and Green Engineering class outline. The textbook and class outline will be geared towards senior to graduate level chemical engineers. "GE Course Contributor" will work with the "GE Course Coordinator" to integrate specialized chapters and other pertinent information into a standardized Green Engineering textbook and Green Engineering class outline.
