Three (3) of these positions, the NHE, Dietitian and MT are assigned to the Health and Wellness Center (HAWC) and one position, the IRS, is assigned to the Public Health Flight (PHF). The Government anticipates issuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for these positions. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this action is 8049. This action is 100% set-a-side for small business. Interested parties shall have the following minimum qualifications. The NHE, one (1) position, shall be a registered nurse with certification as a Certified Health Educator Specialist. Incumbent shall provide prevention health programs, conduct workshops and organize programs for national health awareness events. The Dietitian, one (1) position, shall be a registered dietitian. Dietitian shall provide wellness-based nutritional programs and counseling. Shall have three (3) years experience working as a registered dietitian with one (1) year experience in direct patient education/counseling. The MT, two (2) part time positions, shall have a state license or be credentialed as a message therapist. The IRS, one (1) position, requires a high school diploma or GED and one year computer experience including either medical data entry or medical administrative services or a combination of the two.
