Lonnie L. Oswalt The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC), intends
to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price order, under Federal
Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5, test program for certain
commercial items to the offeror that can meet the government's minimum
essential requirements. A shielded enclosure. of nominal (interior)
size 48' 9" L X 34' 1 5/8" W X 11" H. Enclosure shall be fully
demountable,prefabricated panel construction, capable of being erected,
isassembled, shipped and re-erected from its interior without special
tools. Panels will be joined by a zinc-plated framing system designed
to provide electrically conductive joints between panels through
constant pressure contact with the panels. Shielded enclosure will meet
or exceed an attenuation of 100Db in electric fields and plane waves
from 14Khz to 10Ghz and will meet or exceed an attenuation of 60Db to
magnetic fields at 14Khz rising to 100Db at 200Khz and remaining at
100Db or better to 10Ghz when tested in accordance with MIL-STD 285 and
meeting all shielding requirements of the national security agency
specifications NSA-65-6. Solicitation also includes the installation of
a concrete equipment platform 10' L X 14' W X 4' D. Minimum concrete
pecification: 28 Day Strength/fc = 4000 PSI. Steel specifications: ASTM
A-615 Grade 60, and all work necessary to shield the equipment platform
from the interior of the RF enclosure. Shielded Enclosure consist of:
-Prefab Radio Frequency (RF) Shielded Panels -Framing Members, Fittings
& Hardware -P-1000 Unistrut Mount System or Exact Equivalent -RF
Shielded Door Assembly & All Hardware -RF Honeycomb Wave-Guide Air
Vents -Ceiling & Wall Penetration & Fittings -Equipment Platform
-Delivery & Installation in Bldg. 374, Guided Weapons Evaluation
Facility, GWEF. -Site Visits to evaluate site conditions, may be

the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation
will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors
