Install Government Furnished Material (GFM) to replace High Pressure Vessels, related piping (under and above ground) and necessary appurtenances to provide a complete and satisfactory operable System. Site excavation, backfilling, and finish grading will be required. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Notice to all contractors about Job Walks/Site Visits aboard the Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake, CA. Job walks/site visits are conducted on Tuesdays at 0800 hours. Before the job walk/site visit you must notify the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction by phone (760) 939-0094 of your intention to attend the site visit. Additionally you must comply with the following requirement and obtain an OFFICIAL VISITORS BADGE. Anyone arriving late or without the proper badging will not be permitted to participate in the job walk/site visit, and will be required to reschedule their visit until the next available Tuesday. There will be no exceptions to these requirements. To obtain an Official Visitors Badge you must FAX the following information to the Naval Air Weapons Station Badging Office (760) 939-3996. The information must be provided on/or before the Friday preceding the Tuesday of the site visit. A picture ID is required at the time of badging.
