The services are for the entire United States. One contract for the Eastern side of the United States which include the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Puerto Rico. One contract for the Western side of the United States which include the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, California, Alaska, and Hawaii. The services will include title reviews, reporting determination of reviews to HUD, and researching tax status.
