This is a combined firm fixed-price, indefinite quantity contract. Anticipated start date is 1 November 1998. Period of performance consists of a 6-month phase-in period, 12 month base year, with four 12 month options. This acquisition is being solicited under the authority of Section 816 of the 1995 Defense Authorization Act, Demonstration Project on Purchase of Fire, Security, Police, Public Works, and Utility Services from Local Government Agencies.
