Virtual Architecture Conference and Technical Exposition; Tuesday, May

conference is open to all Intelligence/DoD and government personnel as
well as government contractors and industry personnel. The goal of the
Collaboration/JIVA four-day conference is to help the government
(Intelligence & DoD Communities) transition smartly to a collaborative
environment. Some conference highlights include the Keynote Address,
Dr. Shoshana Zuboff, a professor from Harvard who has written a book
titled "In The Age of the Smart Machine: The Future of Work and Power".
Another conference highlight is the State of Industry Keynote, Richard
Hunter from Gartner Group. During the week attendees will be able to
choose from several different breakout sessions on issues including
Knowledge Management, Human Factors, Collaboration, Cultural Change,
Distance Learning, Security, Communications, Information Management,
and Integration. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in
the Electronic Collaboration Interoperability Center (ECIC). This
concurrent session will feature several different tabletop "stations"
interacting and demonstrating audio, video, and data conferencing "in
action." The extensive Technology Exposition will showcase over 60
companies from across the country giving hands-on technology
demonstrations in areas such as Video Teleconferencing, Communication
Switches, Collaboration, Internet/Intranet, Information Access
Strategies, Systems Integration, Audio Conferencing, and much more! We
