This department, which is responsible for all resources required to control and support the maritime traffic through the Panama Canal, consists of 4800 employees distributed within four divisions, including fifteen branches. The purpose of this project is to train MR's managers and executives to carry out a Gap Analysis, to facilitate the elaboration of ISO 9002 certification strategy and provide information and advice throughout the certification process.
