It is the intent of this solicitation to obtain services to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for repairs and alterations to various facilities by means of an indefinite quntity type contract at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Newport RI with a guaranteed minimum amount of $50,000 for each year. The procurement will be issued unrestricted. There will be a base period and two one year option periods. The SIC Code is 1542 and the business size standard is $17.0 million. The Proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued unrestricted and is subject to the evaluation criteria set forth in DFAR 252.219-7008- Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvanatged Business Concerns, Construction Acquisition Test Program (APR 96). There will be a charge for plans and specifications, however at this time the dollar amount has yet to be established.
