Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to replace roofs, gutters and vent stacks at USCG ISC Boston Family Housing, Nahant, MA (Essex County). There are twelve single family houses to be re-roofed. Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of approx. 168,000 sf of existing asphalt roof shingles, approx. 420 lf of gutters and downspouts, 24 DWV pipe flashing boots, and 12 oil furnace vent stacks. Install approx. 168,000 sf of new 300-pound shingles with under layment and eave protection membrane. Install 24 new DWV pipe flashing boots, 12 new oil furnace vent stacks, approx. 1,056 lf of new gutters, approx. 600 lf of new down spouts, and incidental related work.
