The Department of the Army intends to solicit Rockwell Collins, Cedar Rapids, IA, for depot maintenance capability of the Receiver-Transmitter Subassembly(RTSA)NSN:5820-01-437-8859 and NSN:5820-01-438-88666, which are part of the AN/GSQ-140A(C) Radio Set(Also referred to as JTIDS Class 2M Terminal. The contractor will be responsible for turning the nonfunctional unit received from the field into a unit which meets the current operation form, fit, and function requirements as called out by the equipment to facilitate the effort. Depot Maintenance Work Requirements(DMWRs)do not exist for this equipment. In addition, the Government will not provide any technical data for this effort. Contract will be a time and materials type.
