58 -- EXTERIOR PERIMETER SENSOR POC Susie Shupe, Procurement Assistant, 703-325-2856 or Margaret Proctor, Contracting Officer, 703-325-2859 The US Army CECOM intends to award a sole source purchase order to Canadian Commercial Corporation (Auratek Sensor Corporation) for Exterior Perimeter Sensor for Physical Security Applications. This system must be man portable; operate in all temperatures, weather conditions; commercial or battery power for 8 hours continuous use; mountable on fences or buildings; deployable and recoverable with no special tools; report alarms and alarm location to existing on-site guard radios; operate on the ground or shallow bury (2-4 inches); false/nuisance alarm rate not to exceed 2%;be covert; and zone coverage minimum 1200 linear feet. All work is to be performed under an anticipated fixed price purchase order. The period of performance will be 30 days from date of award. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
