The Defense Supply Center Columbus, OH has a requirement for a State-of-the-Art semiconductor automatic test system, easily programmed accurate DC and AC test capabilities for testing a wide range of semiconductors. Point and Click user interface, multi-level programming capabilities are required along with comprehensive engineering/debug tools. The system shall have been made available on the open Market for at least one (1) year. Must be commercially available off-the-shelf item. No one of a kind design and construction of hardware and software shall be accpeted. The system shall have a minimum of three (3) test heads and accomodate two (2), three (3) and four (4) lead devices with Kelvin connections. The system shall have a 200 Amp minimum high-current station and a 2000 Volt minimum high-voltage station. All tester instruments including power supplies shall be internal to the tester. All workstations shall be connected via local area network. Contractor to provide installation and training. Delivery to be at the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Columbus, Ohio.
