Vendor will measures samples of approximately 10 mg, containing as little as 20 micron g N. Precision required 0.5% or better using an isotope ratio mass spectrometer. Test results will be returned via electronic mail. All samples to be charged on a per sample basis. NOAA requires approximately 6,250 samples to be analyzed. Contract period 7/1/98 through 6/30/99.
