materials prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6,
as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.
Written solicitations will be issued upon request. This is a request
for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-98-Q-3FA819. This solicitation
document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. The standard industrial
classification code is 3731 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
The requirement is for the following: For the Contractor to provide all
services, material and labor to refurbish and install upgrades to Coast
Cutter Reliance at their perspective home ports. Ship is available for

period starting 26 May -- 05 June 1998. Fax requests for Specification

resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer
