This VA Medical Center has a requirement for a full time Medical Officer of the Day (MOD) to provide medical coverage for inpatients after regular administration hours. Physician assigned to this Contract shall be licensed in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. The license must be active, current, full and unrestricted to practice in the individual's profession. Physicians must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Physicians in Internal Medicine are preferred; however, Physicians eligible in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine will also be considered. PGY -- 4's are acceptable.
