The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to negotiate a modification to the Navy Center for Tactical Systems Interoperability (NCTSI) Contract N00244-96-C-5017 with Logicon Inc., Tactical Systems Division, 4010 Sorrento Valley Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92121-1498. The proposed acquisition will provide for a level of effort increase in the option years to include an increase in travel. Services include material and documentation for technical support for standards design engineering analysis, development and certification testing, test operations analysis support, and configuration management as they pertain to C4I systems. Logicon Inc. has successfully demonstrated the detailed knowledge, insight, trained personnel and required resources necessary to support these efforts withoutan arduous refamiliarization process, an interruption in mission critical support services or a need for additional start-up costs.
