SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS DEPARTMENT OF LAND AND NATURAL RESOURCES TO COLLECT FUNDAMENTAL LAND, PRODUCER, CROP, AND PRODUCTION INFORMATION ON THE ISLANDS The United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency intends solely to solicit and negotiate with the Government of the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands Department of Land and Natural Resources to collect fundamental land, producer, crop, and production information on the islands. Presently, the Government of the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands Department of Land and Natural Resources has representatives collecting similar information. These representatives have the unique expertise and experience required to meet the needs of the Farm Service Agency. The terms of this requirement will be for a base year and four option years.
