The standard indusrial classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 5812. The small business size standard is $5 million. The Contractor shall provide temporary food service workers to the Nutrition Management Department in preparing and serving the highest quality food and nutritional care services to the patients and staff of the National Naval Medical Center Bethesda, Maryland. An estimated 2,550 customers are served each day. Positions include Round Cook, Prep Cook, Servers and Cashiers. Hours of Operation are weekdays Monday through Friday (0500-1900) with an option for Saturday and Sunday (0500-1900) food service operations.
