Yvonne Gonzales (502) 798-7826 (Site Code DAKF23) Provide educational services to include: Test Examining Operations (individual and/or group controlled and non-controlled testing; administration, monitoring, scoring, recording, filing of test data; safekeeping and preparation for submission of various tests); Learning Resource Center Operations (operate CYBIS or other government provided computer based instructional system, audio-visual equipment, and micro- computers to provide orientation/enrollment and instructional assistance in the use of computer systems and software; develop/maintain catalog of instructional programs for professional and personal development of servicemembers; prepare certificates for students completing CYBIS/LRC courses having ACE credit recommendations); and Functional Academic Skills Training (FAST) Operations (administrative support, instructional services, and various written reports). Successful offeror will be required to be an educational institution having regional or national accreditation recognized by the Department of Education. Period of performance will be 12-months base period and four (4) 12-months options. SIC Code is 8299 and the size standard is $5 million.
