Proposals for any of the following alternatives in Roslyn, Nassau
County, State of New York. 1. A vacant site of approximately 1 to 3
acres for sale or lease. 2. An existing single story building between
approximately 19,000 SF to 25,000 SF for Sale or Lease on a 1 to 3 acre
site. 3. An existing building between approximately 2,500 SF to 3,000
SF for sale or lease. 4. A Standard Plan 30B NCL (3,347 Net SF on a
46,813 SF Site). 5. A Standard Plan 25A NCL (2,886 Net SF on a 42,588
SF Site). The minimum basic lease term is 20 years with four (4)
succesive five (5) year renewal options for a New Construction or 10
years with two (2) successive five (5) year renewal options for
Existing Space. Property must satisfy all zoning and other requirements
to permit its use as a postal facility and should be within the
boundaries of Roslyn; Northern Blvd. on the north, Broadway on the
east, Hillside Ave. on the south and Willis Ave. on the west. Property
must be free from all forms of toxic and/or hazardous waste and must
not lie within the 100-year flood plain or a wetlands area. Offerors
