The contractor shall use the plans and specifications providing site clearing, earthwork, concrete and masonry, rough carpentry, casework, single ply roofing, metal roofing, steel, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances and storefronts, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting, and electronic surveillance equipment. The estimated construction cost range is $1,500,000 to $1,750,000. The performance period is 210 calendar days from date of issuance of Notice-to-Proceed.
