Service is Soliciting Proposals for any of the following alternatives
in Brooklyn, Kings County, State of New York.. (1) A site of
approximately 30,000 SF to 80,000 SF for Sale or Lease. (2) Ground
floor space between approximately 13,000 SF to 20,000 SF on a 30,000 SF
to 80,000 SF site for Lease. (3) An existing one-story building for
Sale or Lease of similar area and site size as referenced in Item 2.
(4) A new constructed building to USPS specifications of similar area
and site size as referenced in Item 2. The minimum basic lease term is
20 years for a New Construction/10 years for Existing Space with four
(4) consecutive Renewal Options of five (5) years each. Property must
satisfy all zoning and other requirements to permit its use as a
postal facility and should be within the boundaries of Bushwick; Dekalb
Ave., Myrtle Ave. & Wilson Ave. on the north, Knickerbocker Ave. on the
east, Hancock Street & Weirfield Street on the south and Tompkins Ave.
& Stuyvesant Ave. on the west. Property must be free from all forms of
toxic and/or hazardous waste and must not lie within the 100-year flood
plain or a wetlands area. Offerors will be responsible for all
