The North Carolina Air National Guard, Raleigh, NC, and the South Carolina Air National Guard, Columbia, SC are soliciting proposals for multiple discipline, multiple-year maintenance, repair and minor construction service contracts. Multiple awards will be made. Delivery orders will be issued to TOC contractors based on the low competitive price, or a combination of price and other factors (best value judgments) in accordance with FAR 16.505. Task orders may be issued for a period of one (1) calendar year from date of contract award, with option to extend contracts annually for four (4) additional years. Task orders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $20 million to any one contractor, and an individual delivery order shall not exceed $1 million. Source selection procedures in accordance with DFAR Part 215.605 shall be utilized for the basic TOC. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1542. Significant evaluation criteria for the basic contract in descending order of importance are: (1) Project Management Ability with an emphasis on Key Management Staff, Quality Control Plan, Financial Capability and Technical Support Staff, (2) Company Experience; (3) Location in relation to the worksite. Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued to potential prime contractors (excluding subcontractors, consultants and material suppliers) on a first received first served basis until supply is exhausted.
