The Air Force intends to issue a full and open competitive request for quotations for the repair of the ceiling in Building 1612. This work includes but is not limited to providing all services, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform all operations in connection with the removal of existing suspended ceiling system and the provision and installation of a new suspended acoustical ceiling tile system on all three floors in the atrium of Building 1612. Work will include cleaning and repair of existing metal slat suspended ceiling system in entrance ways B-1612. A firm fixed priced purchase order is planned. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The period of performance shall be 21 Calendar days. A site visit is expected to be held on 18 May 98.
