70 -- CATERING SOFTWARE SOL F41999-98-R-0017 POC Kathy Hanley, 210-652-6931, Fax 210-652-6309 The Contractor will provide a standard catering software package for organizing, managing, and tracking Air Force Clubs catering business. The contractor must provide a standalone, single user version of the software and a Lan (Window NT) or multi-user version, to include software, installation, licensing fee, interfaces, on-site training, customization, software maintenancing, and technical support. System must allow for a minimum of two users simultaneously. The software must run on a Pentium computer with Windows 95 or higher and Windows NT operating systems. The objective as to obtain will meet a minimum of 75 percent of our requirements. The contractor will be requiredto customize the software to meet 100 percent of the specifications. If customizing existing software, the orginal software must currently be in use and available for review and examination by the Air Force Services personnel. The contractor's proposed software must currently be installed in a minimum of 10 food and beverage establishments and have been operational in each for a minimum of 6 months. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collecting of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
