SOL DAAH01-98-R-R016 DUE 071098 POC Becky Shockley, Contract Specialist, (256)876-1430 This synopsis announces a DRAFT Request for Proposal (DRFP) for Technical and Engineering Support to the Systems simulation and development directorate (SS&DD) in the performance of overall missions for the Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (MRDEC) of the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM). This requirement will be issued as a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. A Firm-Fixed-Price (Level-of-Effort) type contract is contemplated as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will include provisions for restricting Organizational Conflicts of Interest. Written comments are solicited for the purpose of the DRFP and must be received within 30 days after release of the DRFP. Estimated release date of the DRFP is on or about 4 June 1998.
