The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division will host an Industry Day on 9 June 1998, Room 1041, DeFlorez Building, 1300-1600 hours, to address the requirements and acquisition strategy for procurement of research and development support services for NAWCTSD. Speakers are expected to consist of Government personnel addressing topics such as examples of Government Specified Research Area efforts that could be supported under the requirement, potential customers and users of the contract instrument, andproposed evaluation factors for award. The Government personnel will also accept questions from the floor. The Government's primary goals are to create an open dialog with industry regarding proposal requirements and to create opportunities for industry networking, teaming and subcontracting (especially for small businesses). The only record of this proceeding will be for internal training purposes and will not be made available outside the Government. Seating will be limited to the first 80 respondents and attendance will be limited to one representative per firm.
