The windows based software programs provided with the services shall be utilized in support of account management to include, but not be limited to, tracking of bonuses, monitoring awards, managing certificates, tickets redeemed, reconciling accounts as well as access to comparative up-to-date frequency program information. The Frequent Flyer Travel Management software systems must be functionally compatible with various airlines' software systems. In addition, the system must be capable of handling data inputs regarding other various travel benefits offered by, but not be limited to, car rental companies and hotels/motels. All prospective contractors must have significant knowledge of travel and travel-related industries, as well as established accounting, auditing and bookkeeping related services.
