ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES Engineering and technical services (non-personal) support for Air Force Information Warfare Center (AFWIC). Services include but are not limited to: exploration, application and migration of offensive and defensive Information Warefare (IW) capabilities for operations, acquisition and testing. Support is prototyping, software development, verification, validation, documentation, software maintenance, systems integration and systems testing. These services shall be provided in response to specific tasks identified by AFIWC through requests for services formally issued on task orders by the contracting officer. These services shall be performed at the contractor's or subcontractor's facility or at locations which may be designated in each applicable task order. The Government anticipates up to four contracts awards, with one reserved for small business concerns. The resulting contract(s) will be an ID/IQ contract(s) of five years. The SIC Code is 8731 with a 1000 employee threshold. The successful contractor(s) must have a top secret facility clearance, and personnel are required to have ts/sci clearance for performance.
