Delivery schedule: During the 1st program year delivery of power packs shall be within 120 days after receipt of notice of award. Delivery of the first 24 switchgears will start within 120 days after contract award at a rate of 3 per month or faster. During the 2nd program year, which will start upon completion of the first 24 units, the delivery rate of the remaining 24 swithgears will be 6 per month.
