Furnish urinalyses. NIOSH investigators are planning to conduct a study
of the effectiveness of hand-washing procedures in removing pesticides
from the hands of agricultural workers. The pilot for this
investigation, currently scheduled for 8/98, will require biological
monitoring of the workers for their exposures to chlorpyrifos,
malathion and acephate. Urinary metabolites specific to the pesticides
will be used. This procurement is for the required urinalyses. To
allow adequate time for planning the full-scale field investigation for
the summer of 1999, the investigators require all of the analytical
results by 11/30/98, at the latest. All responsible sources may submit
a quote which will be considered by the agency.***** (0131) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0011 19980513\B-0006.SOL)
