The contractor shall provide Fabrication, Delivery, and Installation of a Complete Electrochange System. This In-Process Recycling System shall be complete with Cell Stack, Pumps, Valves, Tanks, Stand, and Manual Control Panel, Delivered and Installed here at the EPA. The vendor will also provide on-site training and provide FOUR RESIN EXCHANGES within 365 days of EPA's acceptance of equipment. Refurbishing of System Cell Stack is also required. This CBD Notice is also acting as a Request for Quotation. Sources wishing to be considered must submit their quotations to the office identified above.
