Intermediate Level Field Support Sources Sought Notice are as indicated: : 1. Providing Intermediate Level and authorized depot-level support of ICS Band 3 production systems designaged by the Air Force. 2. The Field Services Representative (FSR) shall be qualified to maintain contractor-furnished prime and support equipment as well as Government Furnished Equipment required for Intermediate level maintenance of ICS Band 3 LRUs. 3. The contractor shall allow the Governmetn to extend existing field support services for the AN/ALQ-135 Band 3 ICS systems, either by this contract or subsequent contract. 4. The contractor support shall be predicated upon having Tactical Electronic Warfars Station intermediate Support System (TISS) Band 3 support at the site. The contractaor's duties shall include, but not limited to the following: a. Perform system level BIT of prime LRUs on the Control oscillator LRU Integration Station (CO LIS) (or equivalent test station) prior to installation on F-15 aircraft. b. Repair and maintenance of the CO LIS (or equivalent test station) associated support equipment. c. Assist in troubleshooting on-aircraft band 3 ICS system Group A anomalies d. Assist in uploading/downloading or Operational Flight Programs/Pre-flight Messages. e. Assist flightline technicians in installing Group B equipment that is delivered to operational locations of initial installation. f. Provide (as applicable) training to Government personnel, througth contractor prepared Pilot/Weapons Systems operator, Organizational and intermediate maintenance familiarization courses and on-the-job training.
