This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to assist the Ryan white Title III Early Intervention Services Program in managing the data submitted by each of the programs, preparing summary reports from the data, and in preparing documentation for obtaining Office of Management Budget Clearance.
